Iam hbsag positive during 2009 .doctor said iam an inactive career.my lft values are normal.recently iam suffering with abdomal pain my lft was normal with hepatomegaly (162mm) liver size my sgpt is 40 and sgot is 24.my hbv viral load is 9000.iam attaching my report plz suggest me what treatment do i required.

You need regular monitoring with HBV DNA, LFT, Ultrasound Abdomen and AFP every 6 months
