Asked for Male, 30 Years

I have been tested HBsAg positive or reactive but my health is absolutely fine . I am having visa issues for gulf countries . Will it be non reactive or negative by any means Allopathy homeopathy or unani or Ayurvedic .I am 30 yrs old .
