I have hepatitis b positive and hbv dna count 4565 and hbeag 0.01 hbsag .38 and sgpt 16 os liver biopsy required

Biopsy is not routinely ordered to see the eligibility for treating chronic hepatitis, unless otherwise specifically asked by your dr.
from your history its not clear that its you asking it to do or not or your dr asked for it and you want to confirm its needed or not.
