HCG report
Hi, my wife missed her periods as well as passing urine frequently and also gets tired so easily. Last period date was 4th April and it was due on 2nd May. As advised by doctor, we have done Total BETA HCG, serum test. We have just received the lab report and the result showing as 19.85 mIU/mL. What does it mean?? Please advise

Beta hCG less than 5 means non pregnant state. However , 19.85 is a very less value to comment on. Get repeat testing after 48 hours of initial and see the repeat levels. Is it 65 Percent more than initial. If yes, there is a good chance that baby's prognosis is good.
Next Steps
otherwise, if u don't wanna get repeat beta hCG done, can wait for one week and do pregnancy test at home
