Sir my son urine report shown the result that the pus cells are plenty and doctor guided to use antibiotic and consult him after 10 days. That we consulted him after 10 days now result of pus cells is 3-4, what it is OK?? What can tell me please how is his health.

Reason for urinary tract infection is to be identified. Even if urine routine is normal we have to do a ultrasound kub to see if any abnormality is there in any child less than 5 years of age.
Next Steps
if ultrasound is normal then remember to get a urine routine and culture if any fever without obvious cause in future
