HEAD ACHE AND EYE STRAIN WITH BODY ACHES

Ive been experiencing this eye strain like head ache and face was like it will get hard feeling... and a hot feeling and pain under my right ear and at the same time i feel that my right legs and arms arr always having muscle pain... i also expirience sore throat now like every ince in a while i have to drink water please help me doctor.thanks
