Head ache , body pain , neck pain ,fever
Since yesterday , left side of head is aching badly. Having neck ache since 2 days . Complete body ache , down with diarrhoea and fever as well

Take a plenty of fluid Tab paracetamol 500 mg three times for two days If diarrhoea does not subsides please consult physician for further managements
