Head ache
Feel headache most of the time and mostly after coming from out side .can't bear sun rays. If I take medicine i feel good but all the time having medicine I think not good for health so plz suggest me something

Hello. You take glonine 30 - 3times daily. Belladona 30 - once daily. Take it for 7 days and get back. Drink plenty of water. Save your head from direct heat of sun. Do pranayam regularly.
