Form last 7 days my head gets warm and i feel diffulty in studying There is no pain but i feel warm head and heavy head

Check your eyesight and glare of your computer. Take daily walks and exercises Avoid too much screen time in one go. No electronic devices and mobile especially at night time before sleeping
