Head hurts and feels really heavy.

Hi. I hit my head yesterday on to iron door. Not whole head but forehead, mostly on left side up the eye. Todat when i woke up i couldn't read anything normally on screen of computer. Can u tell me if its normal because of the hit or something is wrong?
