Head injury at back
My mother slipped getting back of her head hit against the wall. Its been 4 days now and she feels a heavy sensation there at the back.

As you said your mother slipped 4 days back and now she feels heavy sensation at the back or back portion of head, anyway but please visit your physician or orthopaedician or nearby neurosurgeon first to find out the cause.
Need to find out the cause with some investigations. Please don't take it lightly.
