Head injury
I had a slight head injury while playing football. I fell on the back of my head . Blacked out for a minute and later I was not able to recall the events of the day. I am better now. No pain no vomiting or anythng. Should I seek medical help

A concussion is a traumatic brain injury that alters the way your brain functions.
