My mother has fallen down yesterday and have head injury..no cuts and blood but the area become swollen..she is vomiting after eating or drinking something..why it is so?

Anyone who developed head injury followed by persistent vomiting unconsciousness ear nose throat bleed fits need immediate evaluation with CT Brain.
In case of old age with vomiting better to do CT Brain .
Vomiting after head injury develope with increased pressure in brain after injury or bleed
