Hello, i m 39 weeks pregnant. Doc said still baby head not dropped in pelvic region. ( first pregnancy, cephalic presentation, pelvis adequate). Wat could be the reason for head not coming to pelvis region?

Head not being engaged into the pelvis before the onset of labor is not uncommon.reasons might be -
Cephalopelvic disproportion
Big size baby
Pelvis architecture
High position of head
So should wait for onset of labor and with good contractions engagement might occur along with progress of labor
When the labour pain starts with head can get fixed and start to deliver so there's nothing to be worried about normal delivery when you have a previous normal delivery
