My head is pain to much one side pains to much for morning its start my head is going to blast like this its pain is its dangerous or not what should i do

Do u have any past history of migraine? The details are not sufficient to surely label it as migraine. However if the headache started after some trauma, or started occurring recently or leading to unconsciousness, it would be better to consult nearby doctor and get tested.
