That's may be due to weakness/anxiety or high workload. You should consume plenty of water & liquid esp.butter milk. Take small amount of meals and have good sound sleep. Do stretchings of neck and should exercises. Use proper posture during work and take often breaks in between for general neck movements. You can go for massage as well. Regards.
