My head is spinning from 3-4days..plz help me doctors.. I can't even move my head.. Sometimes it's horrible..plz help me wat medicine should I take?

Health Tips
TX – check meds, decrease Sodium (salt) in diet. Meclizine 25-100 mg/day PO divided BID-TID. Diazepam 2-10 mg PO Q4-8 hrs PRN. Anti-emetic: Promethazine 12.5 - 25 mg PO Q4-6 hours. Scopolamine transdermal patch for motion sickness prevention q3 days PRN.
