Head temperature alone a bit high
My daughter 1.4 months old. She had vaccination for chicken pox on 19/9 and after a week I noticed a bit of increased temperature in her head portion alone. No fever. Thought it would be due to cold and gave her alcon drops. But still no effect on her. On 7/10 she had a small swelling down to her ear and took her to pediatrician and prescribed amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium and saccharomyces boulardii sachets for 5 days as I could be either throat infection or mumps. After she took it for 2 days there is no swelling but still her head temperature is a little bit higher than usual. Should I continue the medicine? And what could be the reason for her head portion high in temperature?... She is having very normal appetite as usual and regularly pee s and poo s.
