HEADACH, DEPRESION, SLEEP
Good evening sir,
I have headach during sleep, after sleep, fully depressed and not have intrest to do any work, and not getting sleep, over thinking, fearing for smaller things, from last 2 years.
AT age of my 20 years , im used sleeping tabs for sleep.. that is the mistake I done in past..
plz suggest me a good dr.

Hello don be depressed a proper counselling and a good guide will definitely help you out from all your problems first and foremost is to stop consuming sleeping pills
Engage yourself in a busy schedule
Consult a psychiatrist for further counselling and treatment.
Go for jog,exercise,meditation
