Headache and back pain
A friend of mine is suffering for back pain and severe headaches. There is pain in her right part of brain and it is unbearable. Whenever she goes out in the sun she feels very intense headaches. Also there is a constant back pain. She has started some basic exercises(Back stretching and some gym equipment exercise) for back pain but it gives a temporary relief.

Headache can be due to numerous reasons like migraine,unresolved sinus infection, allergies, inner ear infection or defect,refractive errors,stress,raised intracranial pressure,tumors... it may be due to Abnormalities in the bone or joints,trauma,poor posture,degenerative diseases,muscle strain, etc...detailed examination and evaluation is necessary...consult nearest neurologist for the same they will guide you further.
