Headache and body shivering
Always have bad treams like some one hurt me ar want to kill me and i am alone and no body is with me. This happens after arguements with husband . I disturb myself that much that i feel shivering in my body

Hi Dear, It's a symptom you thinking too much about past or future. As you say you are alone, your thinking aggravate and manifest as bad dreams and puts you in depression or anxiety. Hope your husband is aware of this problem. You should takle this problem jointly.
