Headache and discomfort
Hi I had mild fever (99°) 3 days back and it reduced with Dolo 650. Past 2 days I'm suffering from severe headache. I took sinarest day before yesterday Took crocin twice yesterday morning and night Today morning I took Dolo 650 and yet the headache seems to persist and iam feeling discomfort in my nose , head and also heaviness inside my head. Is this a covid symptom or should I get tested?

Every time fever is not due to COVID but In pandamic it is more likely be due to COVID So DO COVID testing (RTpcr/ Rapid antigen)
