Headache and feeling like vomit
It was body ache yesterday as it was my first day of periods, which was okay till today afternoon.
But after that, headache starts and still not cured and m feeling like vomiting.
Just so you know I was suffering from mild fever and body ache on last Sunday and Monday.

Take good rest, with lot of fluids and paracetamol.
If symptoms persist consider blood counts and dengue testing.
