Headache and fever
I am having acute headache and fever(not very high) for the last 3 days. No shortness of breath

For now you should rest
Take paracetamol for headache and fever
And if you still have fever and/ other symptoms
You should consult a doctor
Also take good diet and if possible some multivitamin supplements

Headache will generally be there in any fever...how high is your temperature?which is first fever or headache?...
Any cough , running nose, sore throat?
Whatever maybe the cause ...please follow self quarantine , use mask to protect your family members and surrounding people...have symptomatic treatment with paracetamol for now...needs further evaluation to treat further...
