Headache and Fever
I have fever n headache from last 40 hr I am feeling unusual cold also.I am taking Paracetamol 500mg every 4hrs but once effect of medicine is going problem repeats. Please Suggest.Thanks

Hi,.you should get it investigated. Complete blood count, Dengue NS1 antigen, malaria antigen test, Blood culture. Take plenty of oral fluids, continue paracetamol 500mg thrice daily. You can also do tepid sponging if temperature rises. A detailed history and on basis of reports further management and antibiotics if needed can be started.
