Headache and fever
Strong headache from 23rd night. No sleep. Went to office. Moderate to high fever at noon. Took 2 dolo 650 the entire day. Intermittent sleep at night, fever comes down. Routine 3 dolos thereafter daily, today the fourth day. No body, joint, muscle aches, no vomiting, no nausea, no noticeable retro orbital pain.

Hi
consult physician to look for the cause of headache as it can be due to sinusitis , stress headache, vision problem, varying blood pressure... Get evaluated and treated accordingly...
