Headache and heaviness
I am always having heaviness in both parts of my brain(left or right).It is always more in one part than other. I also feel headche in same, though infrequent than heaviness. Whenever I try to do any mental activity like reading a book, Or attending a class, I feel infninite pain, and reach a complete state of dizziness. It is more when I wear specs. I have been given clean chit by opthalmologist. I have psychiatric issues of which I have described medicines in medicines section. Please help me.

You need to consult a Neurologist near you. These can be symptoms of either primary headache like migraine or can be a presenting symptom of some serious disease.
