Headache and heavy eye
मेरा कभी कभी सरदर्द करता है एवं आँखें भारी लगती है। इसके पहले 2014 में मैंने चेकअप कराया था तो सब नार्मल था डॉक्टर ने सिर्फ कमजोरी बताई थी तब कुछ टोनिक और टेबलेट्स से आराम लग गया था अब फिर से वही प्रोब्लम होने लगी है, कृपया परामर्श दें.

you must get your eyes testing done again. take antioxdants ,high protein diet and perform yoga.

Detail eye evaluation is required. It's been 3 years. Every one year Ophthalmologist visit is recommended.
