From last 15 days I have pain in my left side of the head and also when I sleep in night it feels like that portion is vibrating and also I loose my balance while doing any day to day activity, and I have pain in my back pain and shoulder.

your symptoms needs evaluation by neurologist, consult him,because you have imbalance associated with headache
