I've been having headaches a cough with phlegm a sore throat a runny nose as tightness in chest. I've been having hear symptoms for a week.

This could be some allergy, simple URTI or can also be as bad as swine flu. Take antiallergens, cough syrup and steam inhalation and if not better then you need to come and visit me or the local doctor
