Hi Doctor,
From the last few days I am having severe headache a and dizziness.I feel like my whole body is shivering from inside.
Could you please suggest me something?

There isn't sufficient information to come to a specific diagnosis. I would advise you to visit the ER and get evaluated physically and undergo investigations such as BP monitoring, GRBS, S. electrolytes, visual acuity, CBC, etc. so as to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly.
