Headache due to cold and congestion
Having severe headache. Started with cold cough and fever. Took azithromicin and paracetamol. Fever is under control now but cough and blocked nose is causing headache.

Hello,
Inhalation of Benz perl or vick vaporub two times a day for congestion to relive. duonase nasal spray three times a day to relive nasal blockage. continue the treatment which you had.
Locally at night u can apply vicks vaporubon chest n wrapped on hot
Cloth for few minutes.
Take plenty of warm liquids, nimbupani in luckwarm water, mousambi juice, tomato soup sip by sip as it gives you COMFER, energy nearly recovery as it contains VIT c.
Light diet fresh made.avoid spicy,fried, greasy junk food and food for outside.
