Headache every week
My husband is 34 years old. He is an IT professional and deals with stressful work. He has been getting headaches once a week for about 7 years. It has only gotten worse now, pain is mostly on left side of forehead and behind the eye. He describes it as stabbing pain and he also feels nauseated. He throws up sometimes. Triggers are skipping sleep, oversleeping, visiting new places in crowd, or sometimes for no reason. He does not consumes alcohol, mostly eats well and exercises infrequently. Please help.

Yes he needs help. Best would be take a break from work and vacation. This is not possible of course in current situation. Make a routine and needs time for exercises. Relaxation exercises like deep breathing n focus on something he likes. Thanks
