From 3 days I am having an acute headache with pulsing in the left side of the head, and bit of heaviness around the eyes. Is this migraine ?

Further history required like any h/o nausea/ vomiting/ photophobia/ photophobia/ proceeding aura etc. Don’t worry. Migraine is both treatable and prophylactic medicine is available too. Stay at home, stay safe.
