Headache i am 4 month pregnant
I face this problem about 1 week ,cant do any work ,its veey painful headache ,i dont understand the reason for it ,it is due to low blood pressure or high ? what should i do to control it, it make me weak day by day my weight is also not increasing, please help me what should i do and eat during this
