Above problem is due to digestion issues and low blood count. Basically your life style should be cause behind it. Acidity, bloating in stomach,insomnia may aggrevate problem.
Next Steps
please provide your working hours,work type, your digestion issue if you have any and please do blood test = cbc, vitamin b12, calcium.
