Headache, leg pain,acidity and itching

Hello sir/madam, from last few months my friend is suffering from leg pain, tooth gum pain and headache she even has acidity problems and yesterday her hands are turned into red, the pics are attached and she even has itching in her private part so please kindly suggest me what should she have to do, she even has weakness.

Looks like the redness on her hands are as a result of an allergic reaction/urticaria.Will need detailed history and evaluation regarding itching in private parts,headache,leg ache and acidity.
