Headache muscular pain and highfever
Sir m having high grade fever for past 3days acompannied by muscular pain and medics for first to days I took was pcm 500mg 6hourlynd cefexime 200mg twice in 12 hours bt my fever was in little control till 5hrs after that again 102 or 103.then I started Dolo650mg 8hourly ...little bit better then the past medicine my playlets are 1.23lac on the third day...kindly guide me is it fine to take solo and cefixime in this condition

YES, YOU CAN CONTINUE DOLO650 ONE TABLET ROUND THE CLOCK FOR THREE TIMES OR AS REQUIRED,
TABLET TAXIM O200 TWICE AFTER LUNCH N DINNER FOR FIVE TO SEVEN DAYS.
PLATELET COUNT IS GOOD.
COMPLETE BED REST
PLENTY OF LIQUID.
FRUITS, JUICES.
LIGHT DIET WITH LEAST OIL AND SPICES.
