Headache nausea body pain sore throat
My ankles and feet hurt very bad. Im a mom to a 20 months old baby boy and I am finding it really stressfull managing him alone. Husband has a hectic work schedule and I will also be resuming work soon as work from home. I am most of the times sweating and anxious of how things would go. I tried daycare but my baby was getting sick veey often that I pulled him off there. I do not feel like doing anything now. My body is most of the time in aches and joint pains. My head starts throbbing on the top right side. I also had a case of collitis last week and whenever I feel stressedO feel like i will have loose motions again. What should I do? My mind is just uncontrollable. I feel a lack of self confidence and foreseeing quitting my job for childcare feels like a silly decision. Can you please advise.
