Headache, Nausea, Poor Appetite 3
I've been experiencing headache, loss of appetite, and nausea, particularly in the morning that sometimes persist the whole day, for the past few weeks. I don't have a history of any major diseases and I am not under stress. It started on July 3rd when I was eating lunch I suddenly felt something in my stomach that made me lose my apppetite. It was followed by a day with fever but then the fever quickly went away. I had a headache for a week which recurs. Since then, I always wantovomit whenIeat

It is likely that you have gastritis, if you constantly eat from outside and if you haven't been dewormed over last 6 months, you should now. You will require antacids. These following steps should help: - Don't skip meals, you may not feel like eating but in such conditions you should have the reduced amount in frequent intervals(i.e. 3 square meals broken down to 5 or 6 as you can tolerate) and slowly increase as you get better. - Reduce/ Avoid spicy, fried, fatty, junk and oily food - Avoid/ Limit drinking coffee, tea and carbonated drinks to once a day - Exercise regularly (minimum 30-45 mins daily) - Increase daily intake of water to 3 liters - Avoid/Stop smoking and drinking - Reduce stress through methods such as yoga/meditation. - Avoid painkillers as it will increase your gastric problems at this moment.
