Headache, Nose Bleed, Vertigo For Years - I Have Been Suffering

Headache, Nose bleed, Vertigo for years

I have been suffering from headache, nose bleeding and head spinning for many years and sometimes sudden fainting. I have delivered baby 4 months back but the issue is not related to pregnancy or delivery as it was there previously as well. Consulted neurologist before pregnancy but all tests were normal. Earlier there was stress at work but not now. Sleeping is not continuous now because I have to feed baby. Apart from that everything is normal so what could be the reason? Kindly suggest.
