Headache only on the right side, nausea
From 23rd sept night am badly nauseous. This nausea starts after dinner and goes on till midnight resulting in no sleep. Got cold and headache on 24th evening. Every midnight, around 3-4am I take a sinarest tablet and that helps me to sleep. Now cold has vanished but headache on the right side and nausea is constant every night. Have become physically very weak and feel feverish but the temperature is nornal. Feel constipated as well.

TABLET NEPROSYN 250TWO-TIME A DAY TILL HEADACHE SUBSIDES.
TABLET PROPRANOLOL 40MG ONE AT NIGHT TILL HEADACHE SUBSIDES.
AVOID FLAVOURED THING SUCH AS AGARBATTI , STRONG SOAP, DEO, PERFUME STRONG HAIR OIL,,
BEETEL NUT, CHEESE, PANEER ETC.
