I am deabtic patient to much pain in my legs, Foot & fingers pain in also head . My health feels little low & weak..

Do self monitoring of blood glucose by Glucometer. If hyperglycemia get corrected by proper medication for diabetes. Supplement vit D & vit b12 to your tratment protocol. Diet control. Regular exercise. Stop smoking, tobacco or alcohol if you are consuming.
