Headache pain in left side of head

I have headache in left side of my head and I listen song playing in my head which is not real and it disturbs me in doing any work and this problem has been happening for last 4 months...

Thanx for using this platform. This seems to be migrainal headache with tinnitus but to confirm ,it needs more evaluation in terms of precipitative and aggravating factors. Your daily routine, some food habits can aggrevate such headache.
