Headache/Pressure
Two days ago I began experiencing mild to moderate headaches. They become severe without constant OTC medication. I notices I was having chills and checked my temperature, again it would not go below 99 without medication. The highest temperature I have had in the past 48 hours would be 101.9. Within the past 24 hours my neck has become extremely stiff. It has subsided a with Tylenol, but it still feels like I'm stretching it as well as my back. Also, my lymph nodes surrounding my ears and throat are swollen and tender. Im a little congested as well.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
Do warm salt water gargles thrice a day .
You can take tab. Tylenol thrice a day after food for 2 days.
Have warm and soft diet.
Drink plenty of fluids.
If it still persists, get it checked out by a physician in person for further evaluation and management.
