I'm 8 weeks pregnant. Having severe headache since 30hrs. Can I take a dolo 650 or any other meds? It's bursting with pain, quite unbearable. Plz help

Yes definitely you can take Dolo 650. If you're not relieved by a single tablet take another tablet after 6 hours.
