Headache while in sun
Hi doctor
Since long I've been suffering from headache whenever I go out in sun or the temperature is too high. Summers are almost impossible for me to bear. Being a working women I face huge problems. Kindly help me with this.

Dosage :-Two hour daliy.
2) ADEL 1(Germany)
Dosage:-20drops with some water three times daliy.

Drink plenty of water. Eat lots of green leafy vegetables and yellow orange vegetables and fruits. Use sunscreen of high SPF, Use sunglasses and umbrellas while outdoor. If headache occurs take Metopar 1tab sos
