Having headaches and stiff shoulders and neck for the past 2-3 years.
Frequency is less when doing work and more when I am idle at home doing nothing.
Headaches mostly at the back and sometimes at the sides and forehead.
I am myopic [-5.5] and no other condition.
Family member has diabetes type 2.
Bad posture, low physical activity. Habit of keeping shoulders bent forward and relaxed like when you sit. Usually prefer lying down than sitting. Use a little high pillow. Sleep on my sides. I hit my head once while a child at my back of head.
Also sometimes I feel sensitive to light and it becomes difficult to concentrate
especially on screens. Work with computers.

All your history suggest your antigravity muscles which make you stand, walk, follow a good posture are very weak, you might be having indigestion issue aswell.
The only solution is to work on these antigravity muscles first and foremost solution.

Keep your posture correct always during work, using mobile phones or sleeping.
Keep your elbows rest during table work or desktop.

As You are having bad posture you increase the height of your computer screen due to which you are doing forward bending as from your symptoms your shoulders are productive forward you don't have to avoid forward bending activities
Hi friend as u experience a head ache and neck stiffness May be due to lack of Physical activity and while ur doing your system work u need to maintain atleast 45 degree angle of eye contact to the system and not beyond that try to do gentle neck movement while at work and shoulder bracing movement and need to Have proper upright chair while u work prolong exposure to system and work load pressure may give you headache try to have some break time too
