High cholesterol is governed by two things diet and exercise so all you need to do it this is his increase your regular exercise and decrease the amount of oily and junk food you are having in your diet and add more fruits and salads into your life. Regular workout of 45 minutes for 5 days a week is good enough and repeat your Leopard profile after 3 months to check your progress if it is still high then you might have to take some medications
