Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Sometimes it's good to ask for help when you are unable to isolate the reason for such emotional distress. Such emotional can also influence body condition by causing headaches, nervousness, sleeplessness, palpitations, appetite issues, digestion issue etc. Better to take a professional counselling support to figure out the root cause for such problem and find a suitable solution.
